"The staff were very helpful (Lena on reception went above and beyond - her attention to detail was exceptional!). We arrived early and they made a room available for us. Breakfast was very good - typical French which was good since we were in France! Room very comfortable especially the bed! Balcony was a lovely place to relax in the sun!! "We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on. "

"We have a great stay for 2 nights on our way home to the UK. We used the electric car charger in the car park. Our room with the terrace was beautiful with a small kitchenette and spacious bathroom. "We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must.
