Another improvement would be in the restaurant. Although the quality of the food on offer is absolutely excellent, the choice is limited and the same every night. If a few simple dishes were added to the menu, it would help people who are staying more than one night as the town of Evaux-les-Bains does not offer a lot of places to eat at. Still an excellent choice of hotel with a lovely pool and spa."
