My apartment is located 50 m from the sea with a clear view not overlooked.
Next to the Carnon sailing school.
View of the sea, the entrance to the port and the municipal park with games for children.
It has a terrace with table, chair and parasol...
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator I can help you carry your luggage if you wish...The stairs are "comfortable."
Cool in summer facing south-east, possibility of ventilating it naturally.

Appartement très agréable, à une minute de la plage . Résidence calme. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant au niveau de l'heure d'arrivée , ce qui est bien agréable quand on vient de loin. Possibilité d'utiliser le garage ce qui est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons !

Joli appartement a côté de la plage de Carnon-ouest. L’appartement est au 3ieme étage, il est simple mais très propre. Un garage fait partie de la location. J’ai passé de très bonnes vacances avec mes enfants

Appartement très bien situé pratiquement les pieds dans l’eau. La vue depuis la terrasse est très agréable et l’équipement de l’appartement est idéal avec notamment lave linge et lave-vaisselle…. Le garage est très appréciable vu le tarif des parkings. Hôte très sympathique et très disponible tant pour la remise ou la restitution des clés.

Appartement au top conforme en tous points à l’annonce. Emplacement idéal, quartier très calme, juste à traverser la route et vous voilà sur la plage que du bonheur et le plus Boulangerie/snack au pied de l’immeuble. Vacances réussies nous y retournerons bien volontiers.

Séjour Carnon-Mauguio

Marché le dimanche à Mauguio, Visite très agréable du sentier de l’Etang d’Or (petite Camargue), à 15 min du port de Carnon en voiture. La plage est à 2 min à pied. Le rêve! Les Propriétaires sont très arrangeants.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L appartement est très propre et très bien situé.

Nous avons trouvé l appartement fidèle à ce qui était annoncé : très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage des restaurants. Un petit snack en bas de l immeuble permet de prendre un verre facilement. L appartement est bien propre, fonctionnel et la literie impeccable. Je le conseille vivement.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement très agréable, propre avec une superbe vue sur la mer ! Pour environ 20 minutes de marche en longeant le port nous trouvons un supermarché. Apparemment très propre mais qui a vieilli. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Propriétaire très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Il faudrait faire quelques travaux notamment pour que certaines portes intérieures fonctionnent correctement. Rendre étanche la porte d'entrée de l'appartement afin d'éviter que les odeurs de cigarette de la cage d'escalier remonte dans l'appartement.

L'appartement est propre Il dispose de tout le confort et de tous les équipements nécessaires . L'endroit est paisible parfaitement situé (vous pouvez à quelques kilomètres rejoindre la Grande motte, Sete , le Grau du roi ou encore Montpellier) et les propriétaires de l'appartement sont tous simplement adorable ! Nous nous attendions à de mauvaises surprises vu le prix très compétitif mais pas du tout ! Je recommande vivement....

Séjour très agréable à deux pas de la plage

Appartement idéalement situé pour la plage,le jogging le long du canal, les animations du port(pas de nuisances sonores, appartement situé dans une impasse). Proximité de La Grande Motte pour sortir le soir. Propreté de l'appartement irréprochable, très bien équipé, garage très pratique pour stationner à l'ombre et stocker notre paddle.
