Un gros avantage avec des enfants être tout près de la mer et avoir la piscine ! Mais résidence vieillissante, pas entretenue, les abords délaissés, les lits superposés en peu bancales et bruyants, pas de douche compliqué pour les enfants et les personnes âgées.... La dame a l accueil charmante ce qui n' est pas le cas du monsieur, pas aimable du tout, pas avenant ni souriant pour un accueil pas a sa place. Sinon dans l ensemble je recommande cette résidence

Agréable résidence les pieds dans l'eau

Situation idéale, directement sur la plage ! Une vue splendide sur le large. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. En revanche un peu excentré pour rejoindre le port et les restaurants à pieds, mais facilement atteignables en 2 mn en voiture !

emplacement exceptionnel, dommage

L"emplacement est exceptionnel car l'établissement donne sur la plage. Les appartements sont bien équipés (climatisation ) mais certains défauts d'entretien sont de natures à faire baisser la bonne impression d"ensemble (coffret électrique cassé, frigidaire rouillé avec une clayette manquante, lit gigogne rafistolé, cuvette des WC cassé et décalé). Et il ne s'agit pas d'un hotel mais d'une location d’appartement.Il vaut mieux donc le savoir car le site de réservation hotel.com ne le precise pas vraiment et avec les trois étoiles l’ambiguïté est permise. Et comme il n'y a pas de permanence de reception notamment aucun créneau le dimanche, il est impossible de faire rectifier les imperfections avec la réactivité normale pour un 3*. De plus, lors de la réservation absolument aucune mention de ce défaut de permanence d'accueil n’apparaît. Un protocole ubuesque d'appartement ouvert est mis en place avec consigne de passer le lendemain pour faire le check in. Ce n'est donc qu'une location d'appartement, il faut donc prévoir dans ses bagages son café soluble et du papier toilette pour réapprovisionner les WC. Et comme toutes les locations; le ménage n'est pas fait quotidiennement, les serviettes sont changées toutes les semaines et un inventaire du mobilier est à faire et un contrôle est fait par les gérants avant le départ. Je recommande donc que le site de réservation clarifie la nature de cet établissement.

Sans hésitation je recommande.

Tout est a proximité : mer, commerces.... idéal avec des enfants, appartement bien agencé. Parait plus grand qu'il n'est. Canapé lit très confortable. Et en plus ce qui ne gâche rien c'est le prix.
