The rustic Oasis Centre Charme house is located in Montpellier and is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The 45 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Please note: only 1 baby per booking is allowed.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, and a fan. The highlight is a private outdoor area with an open terrace. A shared outdoor space with a pool is also available.
Car parking is available for a daily extra charge.
The rustic-style house is just 500 m from the city center, while Montpellier Méditerranée Airport and beaches are 8 km away. A laundromat is 2 minutes away. The property does not have a washing machine.
Maximum stay is 7 days. A small dog and a cat live on the property. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please bring mosquito repellent. Quiet and discretion are requested.
The property and interior are step-free. Waste sorting guidelines are provided on site. The host lives opposite the rental and shares the pool and garden. The property and pool are shared with the host. Useful information about Montpellier and the region is available in the house.
Guests are asked to turn off the air conditioning when leaving to save energy and ensure responsible use.
For an extra fee: baby cot and bicycles available on request.
