Modern style hotel. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. On-site parking. Breakfast (is not complimentary) was the only part we didn't like: service was great, but food below average.

It is rare that a hotel does not offer water or a continental breakfast to customers when they are located in an industrial area where the majority of their clients are there for business purposes. The employees I dealt with were very pleasant, and the staff at the check-in and check-out were very friendly, polite and kind.

This is a little old facility and too pricy I think. Bathroom appliances are old, TV not working, Cannot adjust temperature in the room. Room was clean and tidy. Area is also good. But still its too pricy for the facility they provide.

The hotel and staff were 20/20 in service very kind and friendly, my only complaint was the television connection. It looked simple but it wasn’t but after reading very closely it’s says android! Not compatible with iPhone . Overall great hotel I will be staying here again.

Went there two weeks ago.. things were pretty good, so we went again this weekend.. Not impressed. Our room two weeks ago was clean, had all the bells and whistles.. our room this weekend had no towels, had to call down twice to get towels while my husband stood the shower wet,, the coffee cups had old dried out coffee in them. Had to ask for other cups. Went to the pool again

Overall hotel was fine but I picked this hotel specifically for the use of the pool with my kids. Turns out the pool is only open on Sat-Sun and not from Mon-Fri. Would be nice if that was noted somewhere or advertised as such. Parking lot wasnt very secure and i was offered a steering wheel club when I checked in. That didnt inspire much confidence regarding leaving my car in the lot. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean.

Price needs to be decreased based on cleanliness and condition of the rooms. Entering was ok. Once in we noticed floor dirty not vacuumed I’d say in days. The floors were a bit sticky and ac machine was loud with banging noise. Coffee machine wouldn’t work. No microwave. Walls had signs of being wet. Room was musty and bedding was damp. Pool floor is unsafe with tiles broken and lifting. I booked online and pictures should be updated as the room we got wasn’t what we were provided. Only stayed to sleep. Should be a $75 max a night rate. Very poor in cleanliness ect

Arrived in the evening and Sam met us. There was an issue that occurred between Expedia and the hotel to where we had a king room instead of 2 queens. Sam went out of his way and found a room for us albeit no A/C. They gave us a fan to use for the night and got us into a different room the next day. Hotel is currently under renovation but most of it was fine. Our only dislike is that the pool is basically only open on the weekends. We booked specifically for the pool and only got to use it one day. Outside of that the rooms were comfortable and the staff was super nice.

Horrible! Three weddings happening Saturday night. Music started before 7pm, the floors are shaking and at 12:45am called the front desk. They said the music will play until 2 am and they can’t do anything about it. The AC doesn’t work properly nor is there a fan to block out any of the noise. I do not recommend booking this hotel.
