Thisnis the second visit to Hotel Brossard. The Hotel amd staff are great. It is clean quiet, convenient breakfast, however they have hidden amenities of a water fountain and microwaves that they should advise upon checkin so thay customers are not buying water from outside. Otherwise a great stay

We arrived around 1 PM and check in is normally 4 PM. Any other hotel we have stayed at will let guests check in early if the room is ready. We were told that the room might be ready but if we wanted to check in early we would have to pay an additional $10 per hour. Really? No thanks. When we finally checked in later that night as soon as we opened the door to our room we could smell cigarette smoke. My wife is very sensitive to smoke so I advised the front desk and they said that they would send someone to check the room and if it did smell like smoke (I guess us saying it did wasn't sufficient). A nice gentleman came down and said he did smell something but all he could do is spray. We also weren't able to get the same Junior Suite if we switched rooms so we had to stay in the room. None of the USB charging ports worked in either of the provided electrical outlets. Overall the hotel looks nice but is maybe a 3 Star at best

Indeed, it does cost 10 an hour for arrivals before 16h. The hotel is smoke free but sadly, if other people do smoke in other rooms, the smell may travel through the ventilation system. If we do not have any other rooms, spraying the room or opening the window is the only solution. The USB charging ports do work by pressing a red button on the side of the device. Did you mention it to the front desk?
Had a nice experience, front desk lady was super helpful and friendly in the other side the front desk guy totally the opposite but overall property was good.

My favorite place to stay .. and i stay there every week .1 or 2 nights a week .
The only thing is if breakfast was abit ealier .like 6 am .it would be excellent. Especially now i see the hotel is being busier than before .it would be nice to make breakfast earlier for those who leave early for work

Sadly, early check-ins do have a price. As for the internet, did you contact the front desk? We have a number for you to call if such a problem arises.
This is a very nice older hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. Comfortable bed.

Be ready for kids running up and down the hallway and staff not giving a crap about it... Ive been less bothered in cheap motels... As an owner of a cleaning business in hospitality it was not anywhere as good as I wouldve cleaned it found old wrappers over the armoire and an ld gum in the trash also my lotion was halfway gone already.... bed was done all wrong .... I did sleep well so theres that but wasnt worth all that money for the standards the hotel offers since thwres no way to relax.Oh yea 2 other things the treadmill in the gym is uber noisy and there's no juice available at night ......

Great stay. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were huge. The staff was very friendly. The only thing was there were no restaurants in walking distance and the hotel did not have one either. The drive to area with restaurants were only a few minutes by car so not so bad. But overall a great experience

There were some stains in the hallway carpets, but the room itself was very clean. The building is in front of busy roads with no sidewalk, so it’s a bit inconvenient to try and walk around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to friends in the area.
