The hotel was recently renovated and taken over by Hyatt. The hotel itself is great, and convenient to transportation. The neighborhood itself is great during the day, but can be a little sketchy at night.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Montreal with alot of amenities like IGA in the same building as the hotel. Not much to complain about as the check in, the cleanliness of the room, parking, and checkout is straight forward. I will consider going back to this hotel when I visit Montreal again.
