Perfect

Excellent experience! I stayed a month in the apartment. The place is really clean and cozy. It is totally equipped and has everything you need for your stay: washing machine and dryer, towels, tv with netflix, good wifi, kitchen utensils, etc. The owner lives downstairs and he is very attentive and gentle. The coffee machine stopped working in the middle of my stay and he quickly brought me a new one. On another day, an amazon package arrived and I wasn't at the apartment, so the owner received the package for me and kept it safe until I returned. In this case I think I wouldn't have any issues if the package stayed outside too, because the neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. Finally, it was really handy to be near the metro, fast and easy access to downtown where you can hangout and know cool stuff.

Appartement très agréable vraiment calme et confortable.

Je suis venue à Montréal pour me reposer et voir les couleurs de l'automne. J'ai été agréablement accueillie, j'ai vraiment appréciée la tranquillité et l'espace de cet appartement, le balcon à l'arrière donne sur un jardin avec des oiseaux c'est très plaisant. Point important la literie est bonne, ce coin chambre avec canapé et TV Netflix est bien douillet. Il est situé dans un quartier calme où tout est à proximité, le métro, bus, magasins, le parc Angrignon, le canal Lachine si vous aimez marcher ne sont pas loin, j'ai fait des belles balades j'ai pu profiter des couleurs. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre bon accueil.

Super adresse

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Monsieur Damou qui nous a bien expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement et surtout le stationnement qui est compliqué mais il y a toujours de la place. L’appart est vraiment comme sur les photos c’est très sympa le quartier est calme et il est très bien situé à proximité de tout : le métro, restau, magasins. Nous vous le conseillons👍👍👍

Très agréable séjour.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel, totalement sécurisé. Très bon accueil de Mestapha dans cet appartement propre, chiquement décoré, spacieux et bien équipé. Tout est prévu jusqu'au convertisseur de prise électrique Europe/Canada ! La literie est de très bonne qualité, très confortable. Ce qui a été aussi très appréciable, c'est de disposer d'un bureau et d'un ordinateur (Wifi excellent) et en cette fin de mois d'Août d'une bonne climatisation. Mestapha et son épouse ont été disponibles durant tout le séjour, souples sur les horaires à mon arrivée comme à mon départ. Bien qu'un peu éloigné du centre ville, le Métro n'est qu'à deux pas de l'appartement. Merci à vous deux pour cet agréable séjour ! Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Appartement bien entretenu avec tout le necessaire. On se sent vite comme à la maison, dans un quartier paisible à même pas 5' du métro facilitant ainsi les visites du centre de Montréal. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et vous laissent toutes les informations utiles pour bien débuter votre séjour. Je recommande vivement :)

One week stay 24 - 31 May 2018

There is nothing to say other than everything was perfect! I will certainly return if I can. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities I needed; the hosts were extremely welcoming; the location is conveniently near the metro, shops, and other businesses in a pleasant neighborhood. Really nothing I could ask for except perhaps a tiny discount as I don't have a very big budget. Definitely a strong recommendation from me! Thank you.

Pleasant property, but not suitable for mobility impaired travelers

The property was pleasant, quiet, close to the metro, a supermarket and pharmacy, and the owner, Mestapha, was responsive and very nice. However, anyone with a mobility impairment should be aware that you have to climb a steep two story circular staircase to access the apartment (which is not uncommon in Montreal.) Guests should also be prepared to spend their last morning cleaning the apartment, per the contract. Finally, the contract requires the guest to keep the stairs and landing free of snow. If it had snowed, I would have found shoveling snow/ice off the stairs to be fairly treacherous! These features of this otherwise comfortable rental should probably be included in the advertisement.

PARFAIT NE PAS HESITER

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et professionnel qui nous a été réservé. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif qui en est fait sur le site, pas luxueux mais d'une propreté irréprochable. La station de métro Monk est réellement à 5 minutes à pieds de l'appartement et on peut garer son véhicule gratuitement dans la rue ou se trouve l'appartement. En conclusion excellent rapport qualité prix .

Magnifique endroit très chaleureux à découvrir

Un endroit très chaleureux, comme à la maison! Un très bon accueil avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour l'appartement et pour notre séjour. Le métro est à seulement 5 min de marche. L’appartement est spacieux, calme, très beau et en plus avec une Literie excellente. Encore un grand merci pour toutes vos attentions!

Superbe place, j'y retournerai

L'appartement est magnifique, décoré avec goût! Très propre, spacieux, complètement conforme aux photos! Nous avons adoré! D'autant que la situation géographique est parfaite! (À proximité des services, proche du métro et parc...) À noter pour le stationnement possibilité de se stationner gratuitement dans la rue quasiment devant l’appartement. Belle expérience à refaire pour nous!!!

De très bons moments de séjour à Montréal. Appart très appréciable!

C'est un endroit super! propre, calme, invitant, situé près de tout. Le lit est très confortable, j'ai très bien dormi. Sa localisation parfaite et idéal pour tous les moments de l'année. Il y a un stationnement gratuit dans la rue pour la tranquillité d'esprit. L'hôte a été courtois et à rapidement fourni tous les détails pertinents pour mon arrivée. Cette location est un must pour découvrir (ou redécouvrir) Montréal. Nous recommandons chaleureusement!

Toronto Visit

We were in Toronto to visit with our son and his girlfriend. This year we decided to try VRBO instead of our standard hotel. We have used VRBO in other countries and have had great success. This stay was no exception. The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, attractive and the location was great for us. We didn't even have to get metro tickets this year. Elena was very accommodating, even arranging a late night parking space for us in the attached parking garage after we had at the last minute rented a car for the day and were too late to return it to the rental agency. Elena was quick to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely check this out again for future visits to Toronto and would not hesitate to recommend this to family or friends.

La station Monk peut sembler un peu éloignée du centre ville, mais le logement est vraiment près de la station. Le quartier est agréable. la proximité des commerces est un plus. Le logement par lui même est très bien, calme, bien équipé. L'accueil est parfait.

Un accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires, un logement comme a la maison, tout y est il ne manque rien, on s'y sent bien tout de suite, un emplacement privilégié, a deux pas du métro, en moins d'un quart d’heures vous êtes dans le centre de Montréal. Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec les écureuils juste devant nous sont magiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci a Armelle et Mustapha pour leur gentillesse.

Hermoso!

Muy lindo y agradable departamento, bien equipado, WiFi, cable television, lavadora y secadora (excelente para no tener que buscar lavandería) ropa de cama y toallas limpias. Al llegar al departamento simplemente nos sentimos en nuestra casa de inmediato. Sector tranquilo, cercano a todo lo básicamente necesario, supermercado, farmacia, bus, metro. Al encontrarse tan cerca del metro, facilita movilizarse por toda la ciudad, se puede llegar en algunos minutos a centre ville, à vieux Montréal, métro du Parc para ir a la montaña, claro que también pueden movilizarse por bus. Armelle et Mestapha son muy simpáticos y acogedores, siempre dispuestos a responder ante alguna duda. Uf, podría agregar un sin fin de cosas buenas. Felices de haber arrendado vuestro departamento por prácticamente un mes. Saludos desde Chile Claire, Paula y María Eliana.
