Wonderful location, super quiet! This home is centrally located in the Mont-Royal neighborhood and across from Metro. However, the location is super quiet and comfortable. We will happily stay here again if we return to Montréal and definitely recommend.

4 floor walkup with an inside steep spiral stairway

The location is great and the space is large, but the apt itself is not as pictured or advertised First of all- it’s a 4th floor walk up which must be communicated in case anyone is mobility impaired.The kitchen and laundry room are not at all “fully equipped”. They are minimally equipped - at best. There’s a washer and dryer, but no laundry soap, the kitchen has the minimal set of dishes and utensils - unmatched glasses, no placemats as pictured, and a set of pots and pans. Nothing else.One bedroom and one bathroom are in dire need of a paint job- with scratches and marking all over the walls - and deep cleaning. The shower had hair in it. The grout is black. There are no bath mats on a dirty bathroom floor.There are no garbage pails in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms or entire first level of the unit and when I asked for them, they gave us plastic garbage bags. The one reading lamp in one bedroom cannot be plugged in as it doesn’t reach any outlet. Large windows all over the apt. were marked with dirty and noticeable fingerprints throughout. There were no cleaning products in the unit. When I asked for a cleaning product or for someone to come in and clean the windowsFour of the thinnest, oldest and cheapest used white towels were provided for four guests, and I had to request extra towels, which took two days.I would recommend that the owners update in the apartment to bring it to an acceptable level of cleanliness and comfort . It was disappointing.
