Amazing Location with Wonderful Views of Mont Royal

Overall, the location of this property is amazing as it is basically at the center of the city; it's walking distance from amazing restaurants, shops, and Old Port, with a beautiful view of Mont Royal. Taner is an amazing host who is super kind and accommodating, and was able to provide any information about the city at the drop of a hat. Perfect place for two people who want to explore the city.

Appartement pas terrible

La localisation était très bien, rien à redire la dessus, avec tous les endroits importants de Montréal à proximité. Par contre l’appartement n’était pas en très bon état, les tapis étaient sales, les rideaux troués et trop courts, les meubles plus ou moins abimés. Internet et la télévision ne marchaient pas (la box était dans un bazar de fils simplement posée par terre). Nous avons pu communiquer avec le propriétaire mais cela n’a finalement rien changé. Attention de plus les photos de l’annonce ne correspondaient pas à l’appartement (décoration, canapé, état de vétusté). La terrasse était par contre agréable (a part le pot plein de mégots). Pas de la faute du gérant mais nous avons eut un sdf dans le vestibule d’entrée de l’immeuble un matin…
