This is not s good place for anyone with even minor mobility issues.We found it impossible to use the top floor which was mostly my fault for not understanding the layout. The host took over a day to respond, and wanted us to climb up the counter to retrieve keys to them acquire extra toilet paper. There was no key. Then the host provided instructions to go into this dirty shed in the backyard to retrieve keys and then go somewhere else to grab the toilet paper and return the keys? lol. “The place was very nice and clean. The neighborhood felt safe and we were close to many things including Six Flags. This place worked perfectly for our needs. The only hiccup was that we didn’t receive our check in instructions and there was a moment of panic when the person answering our call couldn’t find our reservation, but eventually was able to get us what we needed and we were able to get in easily when we arrived.”

"The hotel staff were helpful and kind, breakfast was good but there weren’t many options to choose from. The hotel room itself was spacious and clean, but the bathroom lacked furniture to place our stuff, and the kitchen only had a single pot and no bowls. The overall experience with the staff was great and the room was comfortable, it was just the functionality of the room that could be improved."
