“Ein schönes Haus in einem Garten so groß und gestaltet wie ein Park. Mitten im Grün des Perigord, zwischen Bergerac und Perigueux. Die Gastgeber im Haupthaus zurückhaltend, aber mit einigen guten Ratschlägen.”

“Gite confortable, décoré avec goût et très bien equipé avec de beaux espaces extérieurs dont une belle piscine. Nous avons également apprécié l accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes. La situation du gîte nous a également permi de visiter aisément les sites touristiques du Perigord Pourpre. ”

“Excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont discrets et efficaces. La qualité de l’eau de la piscine est vérifiée régulièrement pendant notre séjour. La maison est fraîche en été.La climatisation est un plus en cas de canicule. Idéal pour jeune enfant : Jeux d’extérieur à leur disposition , espace, baignade. S’ils le souhaitent, nourrissage des poules.Merci à nos hôtes ”

“The gite was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Jacques SORBIER and his wife, the hosts, were very hospitable and greeted us on our arrival. We managed to communicate via email, despite our basic level of French. The gite is in a lovely rural location with far reaching views of the countryside, but is well located to explore the surrounding villages of the Dordogne. The picturesque village of Saint Alvere is only 5 mins drive and the larger town of Bugue, with a supermarket, is only 15……

“Heerlijk verblijf met veel privacy. Huisje is niet groot meer heeft wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Terras,tuin en zwembad liggen zowel beschut als in de zon. In de omgeving is er genoeg te bezoeken. Alleen een auto is wel makkelijk.”

“Lovely stay and sad to leave after a week. Well equipped (especially with kitchenware) and good facilities. Good water pressure for the showers and lots of fans for the hotter days. House felt spacious for our 2 families. Loved eating outside and utilising the games room, BBQ and of course the swimming pool! Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Really enjoyed the short walk downhill to the village restaurant. Beautiful surroundings and well connected for exploring Bergerac and the……

“La maison était très agréable, propre et au calme.Il est très facile de stationner dans la rue. Il y a tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité. Le centre de Périgueux est accessible à pied en 10 minutes.Aurélia est très réactive et accueillante.Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! ”

“Good rental and position. We parked in front of the house ( and not to the right hand side as instructed) but even just backing out the car was a tricky business. It would perhaps be helpful for future guests if there was a fence or rope to restrict access. The neighbours were helpful in pushing our car!”

“Really friendly and helpful host. Accommodated our late arrival and made the house welcome for us. Really lovely space, good sized rooms and gorgeous living room and kitchen areas. The pool and view was amazing. Having the use of a sauna and a hot tub were great for the rainy days! Really well stocked kitchen with ample selection of knives, crockery and cooking gadgets. ”
