parking was easy, hot tub wasn’t very warm and wasn’t filled all the way so it splashed water everywhere when i turned the jets on. overall a very nice staff and super nice staff.

Breakfast was good. Check in was fast and easy. Staff friendly. Didn't use the pool but it was nice and clean. Room was clean and in good shape. Handicap parking was far from entrance in our building. No ramp at our entrance. We propped open the locked side door to use the only ramp near the Handicap parking. Nothing that would keep us away another time. Go to Ted's Steakhouse. Good food. Nearby.

This is definitely an older hotel, but given that, we had a really good experience here. It was so nice to have the 3 queens with one in a seperate room for our family. There was a hot breakfast which was nice. It had it's quirks -- no counter space around the sink, chips in the sink, building side door that you help open with a rock instead of using a key, haha. But truly it was a good night's sleep outside of Black Canyon of the Gunnison and the staff were all quite nice and helpful.

Hotel was recently renovated which was the only plus. The room we got was missing furniture (arm chair) and staff was unable to locate another chair. Light on one side of bed could not work because there was not outlet for it to be plugged into. Not a single USB charging port anywhere in the room which given today's use of rechargeable electronics is unacceptable. Will not be staying there again and wouldn't recommend it.

Door lock wouldn't work; shower didn't work; whole place felt run down. When I raised the shower issue at the front desk, was told there's a special way to turn the shower on - I said that info should be in the room, and received a blank stare. Never stay here again.

The kid at the front desk literally had no clue I had a reservation he told me he didn’t believe there were any rooms available and the fact I had a PAID reservation didn’t matter if they didn’t have a room I’d be out my money he also told me my truck had to be parked out on the highway the room itself was ok the bed was comfortable

The room had not been turned down. There was food and strands of hair in the bed, when we pulled back the sheets. There was a clump of hair on the floor next to the lamp. It was disgusting. We could not stay there. We do not need fancy, but cleanliness is a must.

Parking was easy. Staff didnt mention cont. breakfast. We did try to enjoy breakfast 2nd day but arrived with an hour to spare. No waffle mix, no milk for cereal. And no coffee. It was an ok stay. But just a small amount of unpleasantries. It is in a nice part of town. Be warned no elevator.
