“First thing, the door card didn't work (not unusual). Next, manager gave me another card to try, it didn't work either. A mainteance man walked by and he tried it...still didn't open the door. The manager came from the office, grabbed the card out of my hand angrily and, after about 5 or 6 tries, it opened for him. He turned and looked at me saying "See, it opens". I walked into the room. The furniture was all marred and scarred, there were holes in the dry-wall and no mini-fridge and……

“This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was a mess starting at the terrible smell upon entering all the way to the trashed furniture and megshift repairs. I legitimately had to use my phones flashlight to enter the room when getting into town at 10p.m. because the light bulbs were burned out. That was on multiple lamps throughout the room. I am really not hard to please and can usually sleep just about anywhere so trust me when I say avoid this Days Inn. Plan on sleeping……

“We absolutely LOVED our stay here even if it was for one night. The staff, the homemade breakfast, and the clean rooms. It was amazing!”

“We booked 2 rooms. There was no staff when we arrived up to the time we left. Our room keys were in an envelope with the name of the person who reserved the rooms. There was a note at the door of the office that the envelopes were inside a box. The rooms were clean but there were only 2 towels in the room that was reserved for 4 people. We called front desk and there was a recording to send an e-mail. We sent an e-mail requesting additional towels but no response. There were bugs in one of the……

“The grounds are beautiful and it is a great location; next to the river and very close to Main Street. However, our rental unit (with kitchenette) was very dated, quite dark and needed maintenance. If the owners would update the units and get on top of needed maintenance, it would be a great place to stay. Now….not so much.”
