"I can't say enough good about this hotel. My sister and I travel every year together for our birthdays and this has been the best hotel by far! First, the view is amazing! It is conveniently located to everything. Then, the staff are amazing! Mary Beth, the concierge, was so friendly and helpful! Gavin, a valet, was also so friendly and helpful- gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants! The rooms are wonderful- so clean and comfortable! This hotel thought of everything- it has all the extras and more!! I recommend it 100%!! You will not regret it! "

"The property staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room isn’t horrible but the curtains had what appeared to be ketchup on them and some of the linens were stained. Overall though, the hotel itself was a good purchase. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the breakfast was consistent. Great find for the price. A little far from all the main attractions, but quiet and safe. Everyone was very kind and helpful. "

"Didnt appreciate all the construction.. breakfast was cold . There was something spilled on floor by back door the entire 4 days i was there so no one cleaned that floor .. our shower knob was also broken"

"It is a cool hotel. Stylish and has an older presence. Very clean and the staff is super friendly. The only thing that could notice our stay would be if they had access to streaming services we could log into on the tv. We only had cable and we are spoiled. "

"The resort is beautiful we were a little disappointed the snack shop by the pool wasn’t open on Monday nor was the gates grill! The spa was booked for the day! The staff was very pleasant!"

"The pool was under maintenance. I think a poorly timed event with so many spring break trips at this time. I was also very disappointed with the breakfast. It was a continental breakfast that should be included with the stay, but cost us $60 for a family of 4 with two kids eating cereal for breakfast. "
