“Great location, very clean, quiet neighborhood, hot tub was nice, animal visitors were darling! Could've used more towels, downstairs bed and pull out were very comfortable, upstairs bed leans a bit. Definitely would stay here again!”

“We love staying in Monument, but this redone garage needs serious TLC. Stained furniture, damaged paint/wall in living room. Can’t sit at kitchen table because chairs are too tall. Afraid to turn on stove with tilted electric coils. Vent in bathroom didn’t work. Broken bed (we opted for privacy over repair). Broken washing machine that we asked to have repaired but despite reassurances that the housekeeping staff would be responding, was not even looked at. One positive was really good water……
