「The condo was well appointed and comfortable. Located within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shopping and the river. Will definitely stay here if ever in Waco again.」

「The place was clean and the hosts were very courteous. The neighborhood was a little alarming at first but there were no worries. We felt very safe and we were 2 women who stayes for 3 nights. 」

「Did not feel safe to stay the first night alone. Both Doors need a deadbolt on the inside and weather stripping replaced, you can see light all around the door on the back of the place. Sheets were dirty or stained and mattress covers were dirty looks they have never been washed. Comforters looked dirty. Rug in living room was filthy, pots and pans look they are from a yard sale, would never use. 」
