2.Property runs on a Septic tank so please ensure only toilet paper is flushed or costs for clearing will be on charged

3. House is located at the end of the property and shares a driveway with front units/neighbours, as a result one car may be parked directly in front of porch next to garage wall but there is no parking permitted along the driveway or in front of roller door

4. Additional parking spaces may be available in guest parking bay in front of the property
