"Overall it’s was pretty good although it was only an overnight stay and we were out most of the time. Clean and well serviced. Communication with the manager was good and no hassles with the key. Could be improved by changing out the box air conditioning for a split system and fixing the squeaky bed / gate. "

However, the properties next door are undergoing major renovations and the serenity is broken with power tools starting around 8am. Not very relaxing outside either with trades people working out there. The stairs getting down to the beach need urgent attention as weather has eroded them to a poor condition.
