“Felt old and dated but was clean and tidy and bed was comfortable. ”

“The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. ”

“Good for the price. But been to better Red Roofs. ”

“You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!”

“It has roaches in the room and you can’t control the volume of your TV and No staff in the front only in the morning No coffee or complementary breakfast ”

“Giant roaches crawling through the door, bed was unstable, there was no bathroom door, and property had a lot of neighbors blasting loud music.”

“This property will be reopening across the parking lot in a new building. Very disappointing stay that the staff really could not help due more to renovation.”

“Spent the weekend in the Live Oak Cabin and the entire experience was wonderful!”

“Everything was as expected for a Hilton. Would have preferred a complimentary breakfast. ”

“Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street.”

“The staff were all super kind. However, the first room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog and had mildew on the curtains above the AC and in the shower. We were changed to another room and it was ok, but the AC unit was black in the vents, the shower had absolutely no water pressure, and there was a big stain on the carpet that looked like it was wet. The hotel isnt well kept at all. ”

“THE WINDOW AC UNIT RATTLED AND SQUELLED ALL NIGHT. SO BAD I HAD TO PUT MY EAR BUDS IN TO SLEEP. THE DOORS TO EVERYONE ELSE ROOM SLAMMED SHUT ALL NIGHT LONG AS PEOPLE ENTERED AND LEFT. THERE WERE NO LAMPS IN THE ROOM AT THE BEDSIDE TABLE OR DESK. ONE LIGHT OVER SINK AND IN STOOL ROOM. NO HOT WATER IN SINK OR SHOWER. FLOOR IS A VERY CHEAP LAMINATE. COLD, HARD, AND DIRTY. REAL PROBLEM WAS ROOM ABOVE ME HAD SAME TYPE OF FLOORING LAND THE PERSON ABOVE ME SPENT THE NIGHT ROLLING AROUND IN THE……
