This house has great charm n character. Love the restoration that has been done on this vintage home. Huge kitchen. Lots n lots of space! Comfortable beds. Updated n stylish bathrooms. Amazing hardwood original floors. Huge windows with lots of natural lighting. The main level carpet n upholstered furniture was soiled and showed lots of wear n tear.

90th birthday
Great space to enjoy large adult family gathering. Too cold to enjoy anything outside but back patio sure looked great. I’d personally recommend more details on how main level tvs, lights, garbage, recycling should work. Great location for us attending Concordia concert. Kitchen could use more plates, bowls, serving dishes. Not equipped for even 16 eaters excepting coffee mugs. I’d also recommend bringing your own lap blankets for lounging around. Beds were comfortable & room’s spacious. We would stay here again! Easy to spread out & not be on top of each other.

Birthday celebration
We were in Moorhead for my Mother’s 90th birthday celebration. Our immediate family of 9 adults and six children stayed at the house and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. We also hosted the actual birthday party at the house (40 people) and the setting was spectacular to those in attendance. The house offers a vast array of photo setting opportunities, including the full group photo on the back porch/steps. Will likely try and return to the house for other family gatherings in the future. Great space!
