Wir waren begeistert von Land und Leute und somit viel unterwegs. Im Landhaus konnte dann jeder seine Freizeit alleine oder mit anderen verbringen, chillen, gemütlich Grillen, Fußball spielen und auch laute Musik hören - alles war möglich, kein Nachbar wurde gestört (weil es keinen gab)

Der ausgeschriebene Standard entsprach nicht der Realität.

Die Einrichtung war funktional, aber der Grad der Abnutzung war größtenteils erheblich. Eine Grundreinigung vor Saisonbeginn sollte umfassender und erkennbar sein.

Aufenthalt November 2021

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen vorort. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es ist auch alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Zustand der Einrichtung befriedigend. Soweit alles o.k. Was uns allerdings gestört hat, war der teilweise modrige Geruch in einigen Zimmern. Offenbar gibt es ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem zumindest in der kalten Jahreszeit. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück war ein Recycling-Unternehmen o.ä., Dort wurden während des gesamten Aufenthaltes (auch am Samstag und Sonntag!) Betonteile mit Bagger und Presslufthammer zerkleinert. Wer's mag. Im Winter ist man ja überwiegend drinnen. Da war die Belästigung nicht ganz so schlimm. Aber im Sommer will man ja auch mal im Garten sitzen. Und wer kleine Kinder mitbringt, kann ja ohnehin nicht ausschlafen.

Schönes Haus, mit wunderbarem Garten ind ruhiger Lage; Kommunikation reibungslos und top!

Das Haus ist sauber, beschrieben wie in der Objektbeschreibung, besitzt einen großen, gepflegten Garten und die Abwicklung und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Anbieter ist einfach und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Großes Haus mit steiler Treppe

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern da. War alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Wohn/Essraum ist ideal für eine große Gruppe. Insgesamt hat es uns allen dort gefallen.
