“Na minha ida a África do Sul, ocorreram as piores enchentes dos últimos 26 anos. Logo, tudo foi rodeado de incertezas. Estava tentando contatar via email e chat a propriedade, para confirmar que estava tudo certo, mas sem resposta. No dia que cheguei na África do Sul, tentei ligar para a propriedade, mas não fui respondido. Quando estava embarcando para o meu voo para o Kruger, me atenderam, e simplesmente disseram que não poderia me hospedar, já que a propriedade havia sido danificada. Não é……

“Absolutely incredible, surrounded by natural beauty, welcomed into a stunning home, treated like family. This was a very special place that we will never forget. If you are in the area, you must experience this location. Food was delicious, equal to a fine dining restaurant. The staff were so kind! ”

“Why did they even register on Expedia (online booking), if they are not going to use or accept clients who book online? We got to the property at 5.30pm, shiwed them our reservation/confirmation email, only to be returned as apparently it was full booked (they have already accepted cash bookings), despite our online booking which was made hours earlier. That was a huge inconvenience on our side, and worse we had to go back and forth to finally get our refund.”

“Our stay at eKhaya Bush Villa was absolutely impeccable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was outstanding, incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The activities organized by the hotel were excellent, and the food was delicious. One day we wanted to visit a place in town, and they quickly arranged a transfer for us, which made everything so easy. Everything was truly perfect. We even had the unforgettable experience of seeing giraffes up close……

“Communication between Gem in the Bush and us before arrival was good and clear, providing detailed entry and check-in instructions to enter the estate. Room was clean and in good condition but very basic. Staff were polite and courteous. The reception area, dining room and kitchen are all in one room as you enter so it is not pleasant to be checking in whilst other occupants are dining. The walkway from the parking to the front entry is not lit up at night so a torch is necessary. Maybe some……
