"We spent fourteen lovely days in this fantastic property. Particularly enjoyed the space outdoor, swimming pool and eating on the balcony. The house has pretty much everything you need. Location is great, few minutes to local restaurants, ten minutes walking to a lovely beach and pleasant walk to Moraira. "

Comfortable beds and good quality furnishings.Underground parking is tight and not for the feint hearted with a larger car.Wonderful host who dealt with some initial niggles with professionalism and good humour. Impeccably clean and in a perfect location very close to the main town and beach.Pool was excellent and ideal for younger ages as not too deep.Check in was very easy, We met Nieves at her agency and she personally took us to the villa.Thank you for our wonderful holiday we would not hesitate in staying here again and would highly recommend for families. "Lovely property nice pool would return. Could really do with aircon in the other 2 bedrooms, a couple of toasters and a decent oven then it would be perfect! Not a show stopper though still a lovely villa with nice owner and manager."

"A great rental property with amazing ocean views. Pool was a good size, although deep for the majority (not so great for small children) but ok for a teenager. The location was good, being walkable to the beach and the town centre of Moraira. A car is needed if you wanted to go further afield and makes it easier for accessing the supermarkets for supplies, being a self-catering villa. The outside seating areas were well located around the property, with sun beds and parasols included, with the pool area getting the sun for the majority of the day. "

"Have been to this area many times over the years with the family initially staying at one of the many villas available for rent. the hotel is well positioned in the town , parking not great for free but just a short walk from the hotel."
