“I had the unfortunate situation when my Land Cruiser broke down in the challenging roads in Madagascar. I called Expedia but they were not much help. Expedia told the only way they could cancel was for them to contact the hotel. Knowing the challenges with calls in Madagascar, I told Expedia I would call myself as I am here in the country. Sandra answered right away and after I explained my situation told me she would consult with Oliver, the property manager the next day as it was almost 10 pm.……

“So this wasn't my first option as a place to stay but I am glad I ended up here. The staff is very helpful and will do anything to make your stay nice. It is not as modern and hotels closer to the main city, but when you are out in the forests of Lemur land, this is pretty good. I will definitely come back ”
