"Cant review as no corrospondance in english and we begged him for how to get into apartment.only front door open making us to book 2 more hotels to spend our time in Arras.we have repeatadly asked for our money back £260 but never had reply also we are taking the case to court for having to pay other hotels which amounted to over £5⁰0.we want moneies back now as we are pensioners and dont have any money at all untill 3rd september.we have been interviwed by tv and newspapers regarding this."

"We arrived 2.5hrs before check-in and room wasn’t ready. We were abruptly told check-in was 3pm. We sat inside the bar area for 2hrs as it was raining heavy outside. We got our room at 2:30. Room was a large room with large bathroom which had twin sinks, bath & shower. Huge bed, sofa, two chairs and a coffee table. Nice an airy room. No AC but Arras is about 10 degrees lower than other parts of France we visited so didn’t bother us too much. You get a safe and clothes steamer. No iron or ironing board. Asked for one from reception and was told we don’t have them. The steamer was poor. We didn’t eat or drink in hotel as plenty of choice in town. We reserved a car park space for 10 euro per day. I’d recommend this as only about 14 spaces available. Beautiful looking hotel in a great area."

"We stayed in the loft. It was ok. No aircon as far as we could tell, however it was quite cool on a very hot day (35+ deg c). Restaurant and breakfast is too expensive. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so not great for if you want to go do stuff in town. Staff were friendly and accommodating."
