Tout est conforme à l’annonce. La vue est splendide depuis la terrasse. La plage privée est un plus très agréable. La localisation permet de découvrir les lacs de Lugano, Côme et Majeur. L’appartement est un duplex dont la chambre parentale en bas est bien indépendante. Il faut noter beaucoup de marches dans la résidence.
