2 outdoor pools but only one was usable during our 3 day stay. Pool furniture in disrepair at the one pool. Limited pool furniture. Parking was a nightmare. 5 gas vehicle spaces available at our corner building and 4 electric. No electric cars during our 3 day stay. I was issued a warning for parking beside the electric space and the security guard put a warning sticker on the drivers side window that left glue on my window. I had to driver like that for 2 hr until I reached home. Very unsafe!! Indoor pool was awful. Large crowd smoking and drinking at the entrance and the smell carried on inside the pool area. Only a handful of outlets worked in room. 4 towels for 6 people. Don’t recommend!!

While the beach and beach access was nice, the resort itself was not the best. Check in was a nightmare. With little to no directions provided ahead of time- we arrived late and spent 30 mins in the dark trying to find someone to check us in. There isn’t a sign for the resort and the security guard we finally found wandering the parking lot couldn’t tell us if we were at the right location. We ended up with a ground floor unit at the back of the property that had dingy furniture and was over run with flies. Also the bathroom shower in the master flooded the bathroom with each shower. The pools were not well maintained either.

Really great in terms of beach access and pool and hot tub access. Very quiet. The property was generally very nice but the beds were not the cleanest and the patio door was broken and inaccessible as a result.

Poor communication and false information given about the rooms so we went expecting an ocean view and got to look at a giant tree all week instead. Not clean, you do everything yourself (trash, linens, ect) despite being told they’d come swap out linens at check in. Bugs and hair on the floor of the room upon arrival & smelled like pot, constant dogs barking in every direction. We want a vacation from our vacation now.

It was not s resort and not on the beach. You had to pack your car and drive to parking and walk over a street and boardwalk to get there. When we arrived we had to load up a luggage cart and drag it thru 3 glass doors and ride and elevator to our floor. The building walls abd floors are thin as can be and you hear everything. People checked in at 2:30am above us and woke us up as they took 45 minutes to get settled. Avoid this place at all costs. There are better places to stay on the island. Way over priced!

The beds were great and very comfortable! However, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirt and macaroni noodles on the floor. It also would have been nice to know the pools were closed before we arrived. Overall, the place was nice and perfect for our needs.

Excellent location. Easy parking but with a daily 9 dollar fee. Clean. Nice gym. Easy walk to the beach when parked near the beach access. Not a problem to get a space end of April/early May when we went. Loved the beach. Took a ferry to Shackleford Island from nearby Beaufort and had a nice few hours on its secluded beach with the wild ponies roaming near. Brought lunch and chairs. Nice afternoon. Had dinner in Beaufort after. Ferry staff very helpful with recommending Beaufort dining options. Unit was clean and comfortable Appears to have had some updates. Three stars is accurate for the property —it gets a five star rating for its class.

The villa was very nice, it was a long way to beach access. No water view. The whole compound was pretty empty which you’d probably expect on weekdays before prime vacation season. The office manager is very kind and went above and beyond for us.

This was a great stay for our family. The 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 4. They were great about bringing our dog. The property could have been cleaner but overall a good experience.
