「Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square...

「已經信用卡完成付費，訂了2個房間。當晚9:30到達旅館，員工已下班，必須自助入住，但自助入住的機器壞掉，根本無法自助check in。 旅館有電話但完全無法連絡旅館相關人士。 當晚不只我們無法入住，還有其他旅客也遭遇相同情形。 我們只好摸黑另外付費找旅館，到了將近晚上12:00才成功找到住宿。 感覺差勁透了！應該要退費並補償有此遭遇的旅客。」

「The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was good. However there is nothing else around. We were on our way to La Rochelle and it was a good stop off point for one night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Parking very easy and just of the autoroute」

The family room we booked felt a little tired in places and could do with a little TLC/maintenance just to bring it back up to standard. 「No staff on site like other hotels. They were helpful through the 24/7 assistance though. Took us a bit to find the room since the number on the door was knocked out. We find it inside the room behind the curtain... Strong smell of humidity inside the room and cleanness overhaul was questionable. Beds were not made and had to make them upon arrival.」

「We only stayed for 1 night, but I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were great, food was amazing, prices were on par with area. We booked the room with sofa beds that sleep six. We are a family of 5 and were greeted to all 5 beds being prepared for us. A much appreciated gesture after a full day at Parc Asterix. Also very close to the Parc Asterix and CDG.」

「A pretty misleading description on Expedia. I do not recommend this for families that want to book the room with bunks. The bathroom is shared, there was no soap, hand sanitizer or toilet seat cleaner. It was loud, we had no pillows in our room and the floor was covered in cracker/food crumbs. The garden area was overgrown and full of garbage. And there were stray cats everywhere. We booked 2 nights, stayed for 1 and booked another hotel not too far away.」
