“This stay was incredible from start to finish. Staff was communicative as we needed, cooling our luxury platform tent ahead of our arrival and giving specific directions for our contactless check in. A binder with thorough information was inside the tent, explaining the site features, the facility, and the amenities of the area as well as how to obtain various items (tooth brushes, personal items, etc). “Quick getaway for family. Cabin was excellent, beds very comfortable, wood floors, 2 br, 2 bath perfect for our group. Nice jacouzi in master br upstairs. Ramp to front door, perfect for our elderly dog. Only thing the kids didn’t like was no internet at the cabin - would have to go to the spa to have internet. Sliding glass door to balcony with chairs was a plus.”

“What a nice, history rich house to stay in. You can tell it has old bones but has been maintained and is full of character. Loved the relaxing setting with the river running around the house. “Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property on a secluded lot with pleasant views of woods and mountains all around. For two people, there is more than enough space for anything you are likely to want to do. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked and the furniture is all wet comfortable.About a 12-minute drive into the center of Berkeley Spring, and about 25 minutes to Cacapon State Park. Highly recommended.”

“We had a wonderful weekend, the house was perfect for our needs. Very clean. We enjoyed the location, private but not too far from town.
