The Space:
The North Georgia Mountains are home to some of the most picturesque scenery in the US featuring breathtaking views, lush surroundings, amazing trout fishing, wineries, breweries, shopping, exquisite restaurants and so much for the outdoor enthusiasts.

Your adventure begins with easy access directly off highway 515 and just a short 2 ½ miles to Berry Refined.

As you arrive, the care put into this property immediately shows through the landscaping and architecture of the home showcasing the amazing mountain surroundings. Pull into the two covered parking areas and let the elegance begin!

Entry is directly under the covered parking area into the accommodating mud room which leads directly into the gourmet, fully appointed kitchen, with an induction cooktop range. Featuring all high end appliances, excellent cabinet space and a large island, you can prepare your favorite meal or venture into the unknown.

As you enter the kitchen, to the left, there is a full size laundry room, with pantry shelving and full size Speed Queen washer/dryer.

The dining area features a beautiful crafted table fit for royalty! Dine with amazing views through the large glass sliders/windows that bring in the natural light that will brighten your stay.

The living room has a full size sofa, swivel chair and two additional chairs to enjoy the gas burning fireplace and a large screen smart TV.

There is a half bath just off the living area for your convenience.

Step out to the main level deck that is accessible from the kitchen, dining and living room through the three sliders and enjoy your morning coffee or gaze at the amazing long-range views. It features a wood burning fireplace, dining table, a host of seating options and large screen smart TV. It also has a gas grill hooked directly to the gas lines for easy use.

The main level master suite is just off the living room featuring a king bed, large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, garden soaking tub, and his/her vanities.

Venture to the lower level accessible by the steps at the center main entrance. This will lead you to the 2nd living area with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, large screen smart TV, upscale billiards table and wet bar with a City Chill fridge.

Enjoy the stress release in the five person hot tub located on the patio level, with long-range views. It is accessible from the lower living area and bedroom. The patio also features several seating options and a small dining table.

Just off the lower living area is the second bedroom featuring a queen bed, access to the lower patio and large closet. The bathroom is just outside the hall and has a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Berry Refined is perfect for that romantic getaway, couple's retreat or family wanting a luxurious vacation in the mountains.

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet.

The Neighborhood:
Berry Refined is located in Morganton, just 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. It is 2 miles off Highway 515. The neighborhood consists of high end cabins and boasts beautiful views.

Access is via paved roads until you turn on the access road to the cabin. It is a well maintained gravel road and the cabin is a ¼ mile on the left and has a paved driveway with two covered parking spaces.

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.

Smoking Policy:
This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
