Never at front counter, no food in morning, room not ready even 3 hours after check in time, room durty, dusty etc. Outside garbage cans full and tons if cigarette butts . I could go on and on

My room was filthy. I was extremely unhappy with the room I was in. One of the employees walked right into my room, no knock at the door or anything, thankfully I was not showering at the time!The coffee was terrible. The only thing they have going for them is the microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator in the room! TERRIBLE.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast not so hot. Getting in and out of the hotel parking can be difficult at most times.

Surrounding area of hotel wasn't too pleasant. Also, the continental breakfast wasn't very appealing so we ate out. Doubtful we would stay here again because the price was not very good for what we got.

The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks and the toilet wouldn’t flush towels were dirty the refrigerator was dirty.

Filthy. The shower, bathroom mirror, and toilet, all filthy. The towels had brown stains on them and I brought them down to be replaced and they REFUSED to give me a new washcloth. I couldn't believe it. I don't think they employee cleaning staff as I saw the night desk clerk cleaning rooms. Spend an extra $20 and go somewhere else.

My biggest complaint is that my room was very noisy. I could hear whoever was above me walking around and their water running anytime they turned it on. There was a lot of street noise because it is close to the highway, and there was noise coming from the hallway. Sheets were stained, and the shower was not completely clean. Front desk staff was very nice for check in and out.

Not clean
I know this is a cheap hotel to book. Knowing that I wasn’t expecting much but I was expecting a clean room. I was very disappointed with the state of the room. It smelled awful, had a stained comforter and sheets, the floors looked like they weren’t vacuumed and the fridge needed some bleach. We had rooms booked here on the return trip but I cancelled them eating the cost cause I’d pay $100 to not stay there again

Not a terrible place to stay if you're on a budget
My recent stay here wasn't terrible, it was quiet and fairly decent, within the same area of restaurants and convenience stores, the plumbing fixtures could use an update but we're in functioning order, has good hot water, we got a room with a jacuzzi and overall it was comfortable and safe, air condition worked good, no one bothered us, you're right down the street from a food Lion as well as a few restaurants or convenience stores, they do serve a breakfast but we slept in so I'm not sure about that. There was some streaks on the mirrors and they could have paid attention to detail a bit more on the clean up,I think that would help this place a lot but all in all for a hundred bucks a night you can't beat it for all the things around. I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is not far from the place for our class reunion which is convenient for us. The man in the office was very crabby at the time of my arrival, I guess that he was under pressure to handle his job. We had only one wash cloth and one small soap when we first came into our room. We had to ask for what we need for the shower. We stayed there for two nights so it's an ok place to stay.

Not What I Expected
Had a supposedly non-smoking room but it smelt like smoke the minute I walked in. The curtains were about to fall down (rod pulling out wall), microwave squealed, and refrigerator leaked. Hotel had a weird smell when you first entered the building.

Affordable and convenient. I’d say it was well worth the price. Cleaning could be better, but there was no horrid mess. Having a room with a jacuzzi in it was super, especially after a long day of hiking. There could be more breakfast options, but still better than nothing and was reasonable for the price of the rooms. Staff is helpful and professional/informative. Overall it was a good stay. We stayed for 2 nights with last minute reservation and didn’t find any huge issues with anything.
