Studio in Historic Downtown

A studio apartment with a queen bed located in a historic building in Downtown Morgantown. Located within a walking distance to the downtown WVU campus and within 3 miles to WVU Coliseum and WVU Football Stadium. This studio is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave but many restaurants are within walking distance. Please note there is no parking included with this studio. There is metered parking located directly across the street from the building and a parking garage is within one block of the building.

The location cant be more perfect in my opinion. Lost of stuff within qapking distance and the place is nice too.

Owner gave detailed instructions making the check-in process effortless. Parking is really close to the location. Great area with numerous restaurants/bars around to choose from.
