This chalet, ideally located at the foot of the slopes of Morillon 1100, of about 150 m² is perfectly suited to accommodate 10 to 12 people, for an unforgettable holiday in the mountains.
La Poya, has been renovated in a traditional wooden style, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and alpine charm. Its location on the snow front gives you direct access to the slopes. Two parking spaces are available about 50m from the chalet*please note that access to the chalet is on foot.
In summer, enjoy the terrace with its garden furniture, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. For your comfort, the chalet also has a sauna, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes or hiking.
Inside on the ground floor, you will discover the entrance with ski boot dryer, a living room with a lounge area, where you can relax in front of the TV, an equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with: a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, two electric filter coffee makers, a toaster, an electric kettle, as well as a raclette and fondue set.
Upstairs you will find 5 bedrooms, a toilet and two shower rooms.
