Chalet Haut-Bois | Hiking, Skiing & Spa
Luxurious Scandinavian-inspired chalet located in the mountains in Morin-Heights and less than 10 minutes by car from the magnificent village of Saint-Sauveur.
Built in the heart of nature in a private environment, but close to all services and ski lifts, you will be charmed by its minimalist and contemporary architecture. The plans for the chalet are a creation of the architectural firm Cargo Architecture.
Chalet Haut-Bois stands out for its modern and refined design. The open area on the ground floor is ideal for gatherings with friends or family. A huge cathedral ceiling overlooks the room while the abundant windows offer natural light and a magnificent view of the forest that surrounds it.
A very large entrance allows you an easy arrival and offers plenty of storage for all your clothes and sporting goods. A powder room is also available on the main floor.
The master bedroom is located on the mezzanine and has a king bed, a private bathroom and a windowed reading nook.
In the basement, we find the 3 other bedrooms, a living room with television, a table football table, a children's play area and a complete bathroom with bath-shower.
The chalet can comfortably accommodate 10 people and is very popular for gatherings with friends or family.
Outside, a large terrace invites relaxation and pleasure with a four-season spa, a BBQ, an outdoor fire area and a south-facing orientation offering maximum sunshine.
In the evening, architectural landscape lighting will illuminate the forest and surrounding areas to create a magical and safe environment.

The chalet is within walking distance of the large Parc des Bouleaux (walking, snowshoeing, hiking, cross-country skiing).
By car :
5 minutes from several services (grocery store, convenience store, SAQ, pharmacy, restaurant) as well as the Morin-Heights ski hill.
10 minutes from the magnificent village and ski center of St-Sauveur.
40 minutes from Tremblant.

Séjour professionnel
Le chalet était très bien équipé, propre, et facile d’accès. Le grand espace à aire ouverte permet de prendre beaucoup de place lorsque partagé avec plusieurs personnes. Les installations technologiques (télévision, wi fi, speaker) étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes pour permettre nos conférences virtuelles de groupe.

Even better than description and pictures
The chalet was even better than the pictures. It was so great to have a huge mud room to have space for winter gear and skis/snowboards etc. Loved that it was at the top of the hill and felt very secluded but 5 minutes from the grocery store and other amenities. It really was perfect. We would stay there again.

Even better than the pictures and description!
I stayed here with 5 girlfriends to celebrate a milestone birthday. Everything was as described but honestly even better in real life. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and the house was immaculate. It’s close to hiking trails and multiple spas. We didn’t even use the hot tub on site. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing property!
This place is better than the pictures!! The chalet was amazing, well appointed and in a wonderful private, quiet setting. The host was very responsive with great tips on local activities. I would highly recommend this property!
