「Lovely cosy rooms, wonderful barman, lovely pool facilities 」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

「Clean room, nice spa」

「酒店是很不錯的，停車也是免費的，工作人員都很熱情。有恆溫泳池，不過不知道是不是真正的溫泉水，SPA也沒有時間做，留待下次吧。謝謝！」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception was efficient and informative. Good selection for breakfast, and evening meal. 」

「A return to a favourite hotel, looking beautiful with all the Christmas lights and decorations. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The menu had changed slightly and we enjoyed a lovely meal. We will return. 」
