「This is a lovely central place to stay . The apartment has everything you need is very comfortable and is very secure . It’s only a few minutes walk into the town of Como so very convenient. The downstairs sofa bed was as good as any double bed and the lounge was big enough to sleep . Ideal for 2 couples or a family would recommend 」

「On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. 」

「Our recent stay in Lake Como was truly delightful. The property boasted an absolutely excellent view, which we enjoyed immensely from the quiet and spacious balcony. The detailed check-in information provided was greatly appreciated and made for a seamless arrival with no issues whatsoever. While the road leading to the property wasn't ideal for walking, the stunning vistas more than made up for it. Plus, the convenience of being just a short stroll from the town core was a huge bonus.」

「Beautiful property, the building scared us at the beginning but the apartment is in a good conditions. The only thing I will suggest the owner is to leave more trash bags we didn’t have enough. Other than that we would love to come back and recomen this amazing apartment」

「Do not book with this company.
The communication is atrocious. Messages via Wotif (but it turned out VRBO was the booking platform) claimed to give a link to check in information but the link was broken. After requesting details they asked for the usual check in info eg passport details, and assured me the check in information would be sent after this - it was not.
I arrived at the accommodation at the check in time of 4 pm after several unanswered messages and phone calls in the hope that...

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
