I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. “Property was listed as having a queen bed, 2 singles and a queen sofa bed. What it actually had was a queen bed (which was comfy, clean, enough blankets, all good), a sofa bed which wasn’t great to sleep on, and one small thin mattress over a slab of wood basically which was meant to be one of the single beds, and no second single bed. My sister had the worst first night’s sleep and almost went and booked a room elsewhere for the second night. We actually thought we’d booked into a retro themed……

“Tara was very welcoming, friendly and commicative throughout the booking and the stay.What an AMAZING place. Totally unique, so well set up and maintained. And very querky! We were only there for a night and didn't travel far from home but it felt like a proper little getaway due to the originality and obvious love that has been put into the little gem. Everything we needed was there, including the resident horse who whatched our coming and going! Thank you. We will be back and have already made……
