“We had a great stay at this property. The house offers a very large common area, perfect for gathering, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The customer service was excellent—Pinny was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. “Host communication was horrible, He would not send me any check in instructions, I had to call vrbo, i got his phone number, and he still would not send me check in instructions, I had to call vrbo again and they sent them to me.(felt very unwanted right off the bat.) “We rented this home for a small corporate offsite and were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The home is spectacular, both inside and outside. We truly felt we were tucked away in a private villa. We cooked all our meals during our stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed. “We rented this for one night on an overnight NYC trip for our Girl Scout troop. It was perfect for our needs! The space is laid out amazingly well, and everything is brand new. It was exceptionally clean and all linens were provided for us. The host was so incredibly gracious. They even moved their car from the driveway so that we could park there, and they were extremely responsive to requests. We wished we could have stayed longer!
