“Not so clean 😕”

“Close to shopping, we only had 1 light that worked, tv didn’t work. This is a motel that people live in the rooms.”

“It was easy to find and very quiet despite being on a relatively busy rural highway. The owners were friendly, and very accommodating. The room was clean and up to date and the property was well maintained. Great for an overnight stay and we would stay there again.”

“The place looks and feels like a rooming house. You climb up steep stairs on dinghy carpet to your room. Once in the room you kept thinking you are on a tilt. For the price I’m sure there are much better alternatives out there. I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate for accommodation.”

“Room was clean. Building looked freshly painted. However there were cigarette buds still in ashtray outside of room and the entire room smelled like cigarettes and food eventhough its a smoke free motel. Reception smelled awful. Owner / manager was very rude. Personal shoes everywhere. I made the mistake of leaving a Google review before check out. When I came back to my room at night my key had been disabled so that I would see the manager and he could scold me for my review. He was very……

“It looks like that the property has updated their rooms--at least the one we were in. I have to to say this is one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in when visiting the area. Staff was very informative during the check-in progress. Overall we were nicely surprised by the Cedar Lodge.”
