"My and my wife were running late and had a late check in, I thought I would arrive around 11pm but ended up arriving at 1am. I called the hotel and they were holding my room until I arrived. That was very much appreciated after driving 14 hours to get to PCB, I qas really tired. They were very nice and waiting for me. The hotel is excellent, very clean, nice rooms, and a kitchen in every room. And its close to all downtown where we can find any place we needed to go.I will definitely stay here on my next visit. Thans to all the staff. We had a great stay. See ya'll soon!!"

"Kaiya is a stunning property right on 30A! Our condo (#202) was absolutely immaculate—spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They were friendly, responsive, and truly attentive to every detail. Free golf cart transportation made it effortless to reach the private beach, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool with its breathtaking ocean views—perfect for relaxing and watching the waves. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or experience. Highly recommend Kaiya for anyone visiting 30A!"

"The property was very pretty with great communication from manager. We really only gave it a 4 star because the floor were dirty. Our socks and feet were nasty after walking around on the floors. It really was a great property just needs a floor scrubbing."

"Great location! Close to everything and walkway to beach just steps from back door! Very easy to check in! Only issue was, it could have been cleaner! There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and the furniture covers were pretty stained up! The bed is quite uncomfortable also, (caves in to the middle). It’s a great place and would definitely come back if it had a good cleaning and new bed!"
