Nice quiet place to stay, they are willing to make whatever wrong right. I really appreciated that. But NO ELEVATOR even though they accomodated me on the 1st floor because of my knee I was grateful, however, in the future when my knee heals, I still don't want to climb the steps with all of my girl luggage. And this is one of the reasons I gave a 4 instead of a 5

Everything was all you can ask of a low-cost motel. Clean, friendly, safe. Skip the breakfast though, unless a package of instant oatmeal or fruit loops in a dispenser is your idea of breakfast

Rooms need some updating and continental breakfast is just cereal but it’s clean and convenient. The price is much cheaper than in sevierville which is just down the interstate.

One key, after several attempts of change-out did not work. Reception area was stuffy warm. No elevator (we are seniors 71) we were put on 2nd floor. A/C did work ok. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal or oatmeal w/milk, juice or coffee, that’s all! We ate at restaurant across road. This is a true incident that you get what you pay for!!! Definitely not for seniors or families☹️

Terrible Experience — Would Not Recommend Booked a non-smoking room, only to discover that it had clearly been smoked in recently. Within a minute of entering, Didn't sit down, unpack, or touch anything. Immediately returned to the front desk to explain the situation and cancel the reservation. The woman at the front desk, who was also the owner, assured me that the room would be refunded. That refund never happened. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
