"The carpets were "taped" where they needed repairs, looked tacky. Wish we would of have been able to charge to our rooms. Beautiful view ruin but reservations we not correct (2 reservations) which required us to move rooms for the last night."

"Check was super easy. Host and hostess were very responsive with questions and accommodating when we had to pivot and bring our dogs and teenager. Having the dock right there and easy process to rent and park pontoon boat was very helpful. Had to do some light spider removal in kitchen and bedrooms(mostly cobwebs), but this was completely understandable. Overall the trip was a huge success because of the great hosts and remarkable accommodations. And sunsets, sun rises, and star gazing were absolutely stunning"

"The hotel rooms need a facelift and the shower never got warm and for the price I paid I would have expected something nicer. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was decent so I gave an extra star."

"We had a wonderful stay. Sean was quick to respond to any questions that we had before, during and after the booking process. The home is spacious and well appointed. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor areas, patio, firepit area both have plenty of seating. The view of the river is incredible and we spent a great deal of time outside watching the ships pass by and the abundant types of birds on and around the river. The location can't be beat, 10 minutes from Ogdensburg and 30 minutes from Alexandria Bay, both easy commutes. Thank you Sean for allowing us to spend time at your special place on the river."

"9 adults had plenty of room. Everything in the description of the house was very accurate and the communication with Tom was was easy and very quick to get back to me. We are going to do a trip next year and we will be definitely looking into get this place again."

"I was greeted with an option to take a tour of the school and they were very informative! Room was spacious and full of informative decor! They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need! Well worth the stay!"

"Gorgeous house and property. Has everything you could possibly need! Extremely clean and comfortable. Communication was superior and very responsive and accommodating. We would return but the stairs to dock (new and very nice) were numerous making it difficult (for us) to navigate several times a day to use dock for fishing, swimming or boating."

"Fantastic view of Chippewa Bay on the St Lawrence River, islands, fisherman, and gorgeous sunsets. Fire pit every night while watching the sunset. Area is very quiet. Locals are so very friendly (special mention to Alice). Fished the schoals in the Bay for bass and perch. Caught many. Beds are super comfy. Great WiFi. Rented Brett's pontoon and kept it moored at the dock right down from the cottage. All in all a great experience."
