「I loved staying in this historic property in a nice neighborhood near downtown. An old home has been turned into four apartments. I’m guessing this is the nicest one because it is the front of the house on the upstairs, with lots of windows. I was very comfortable and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. 」

「The inside of the facility was very clean and decorated very nicely. It got cool some nights and there was no way to adjust the air much. We checked in fairly late that night. It was hard to see the numbers on the outside of the house and dark at the front. Additional lighting there would be helpful. The host was very responsive to any inquiries we had.」

「Overall a nice stay. It is an apartment on one side of a house with full-time residents living on the other side. I would have felt bad bringing my little kids along but it was fine for my teen and I. The beds were comfy and lots of extras to not have to take along-iron, hair dryer, kitchen items.」

「This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...

「I cannot overstate how awesome Darla, our host, was in organizing a stay at this lovely, little-but-spacious, and well appointed spot. My favorite part of this unit was the foldout to the pet-forward fully-enclosed patio. Felt completely safe and comfortable leaving my dog out to bask in the sun (her favorite activity) while doing other things in the unit. 「Everything was as expected. Sheets looked a bit stained in one area but looked clean other than that. Everything was as expected and super easy to come and go. Wouldn’t be good for people who don’t do stairs well but I had no problem.」

「Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay.
