Wonderful location, clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. The only drawback was the noise from above traveled easily and made it difficult to fall asleep. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Nice, comfortable lower suite very near south campus in Chapel Hill. Not quite close enough to walk to campus, but that’s more due to the nature of Fordham Rd rather than actual distance.

Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay. They provided a key which was an excellent solution. Overall good experience and great hosts.
