“They took my money never gave me a room very unacceptable I will never go there again”

“Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay. They provided a key which was an excellent solution. Overall good experience and……

“I loved the coziness of the house! The owner was super nice!”

“The property was well laid out. Had all the amenities that me and my family needed. Some of the best sleep my wife and I have had in a while. The location to UNC and dining was perfect. Would highly recommend this property to any family traveling to the area.”

“Worked out perfect for me.”

“Overall good stay. Had some issues with the key fob getting in but other than that it was a great place”

“The place had lots of room for the desired amount of people and was very clean.”

“This property was perfect for me and my kids and my dog. We needed a place at the last minute and they were more than accommodating. It was clean. It was easy and had a dog park right across the street. We were there for 10 days due to a Reno action in my house. It is convenient to everything in Chapel Hill.”

“The house was perfectly equipped with all the essentials we could want, from coffee and snacks to shampoo and soap, making our stay not just comfortable, but truly enjoyable. It was extremely clean, adding to the overall positive experience. We loved the way you showcased the history through pictures and informative write-ups. We can’t wait to return in the future!”

“My plans changed so I only visited the property briefly. The living room and bedroom could use a thorough cleaning and updating. The back screened in patio not a very functional or clean space. ”

“If you are a person, like me, that brings everything and the kitchen sink when you rent a home away from home STOP!!!!! It is unnecessary here, Chelston has the BEST stocked house I've ever stayed in. Everything you need in the kitchen as far as equipment and seasonings, the only thing you need is actual food, drinks and condiments. As for the bedrooms and bathrooms they were clean and also well supplied. I usually take the pillows from my kids rooms so I have enough and I didn't have to this……

“The property was beautiful and spotless. It was a very quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this listing!!!”

“All the essentials were there. Very clean and new. Great back porch in a pretty setting. Close to campus by car. Just note the third bedroom is lofted. Host very accessible.”

“All excellent”
