“This property is fabulous! It’s a historic building, in a fantastic location, close to everything in downtown Durham. It’s also only a half mile away from Duke’s east campus. The third floor unit is very spacious. It overlooks a courtyard, so no nosy neighbors looking in though the massive windows. As they state in the description, it IS an old warehouse space with a loft feel, so some noise does travel through the hallways. However, we were never disturbed by ANY excessive noise. “Property was perfect for our needs. Rooms are large. Backyard was awesome for our dogs. Bring a towel to clean paws as it does get pretty muddy back there! Over all it was a fantastic place to stay while visiting our daughter for the holidays.”

“My family (5 adults & 1 9 year old) stayed here over Christmas and Hannukah. We visited Durham and Raleigh. The host was easy to communicate with. The property was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Access to the gym and pool were big plusses! (Though pool heating was tough in December.)If you are going to the Durham/Raleigh area, take a look at this place. There was plenty of space and the master bath was excellent. “The home itself is updated and very clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location of the home is on a busy road and was a bit noisy. The keypad was a bit finicky but after figuring it out it was ok. The home is 10 mins to Duke University which was very convenient for our visit. ”
