Summary:

Located in the heart of Morro Bay, this BEAUTIFUL home features a spacious chef's kitchen, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay, sand pit and ocean. The large deck with outdoor seating and BBQ is perfect for quiet evenings. Fireplaces in every bedroom make chilly nights more enjoyable. Perfect location to visit the golf course, Embarcadero to do some shopping or simply just stroll around the peaceful neighborhood. This home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, each bathroom featuring a cozy bathtub. Garage that is accessible to guests. Wifi is also included. Bring your friends and family to a home that you'll love and never want to leave. Non-smoking, and no PETS PERMITTED.

Bikes are located in the garage and are accessible to guests and used at the guests discretion.

All that and hundreds of pelicans

A great house, comfortable layout, clean and very well appointed (I added a rubber spatula thought ;) )Bring your binoculars for the view. That view never gets old because the tides do their thing and that always changes the view. And then there are birds! Hundreds of them! Go to a little park up the street, there are tall trees with many nests for egrets and cormorants. And then you come back to the house and have your evening beverage of choice on the balcony and all your stress just goes buh-bye. Great stay.

View of the bay and moored boats!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! From the huge windows, we enjoyed observing the sailboats, paddle-boarders and kayakers out on the bay. The upstairs balcony also offered outstanding views. The house has a king bed in one room and also 2 queen bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. It was an easy walk to the Embarcadero restaurants & shops.

Listing stated 3 King Beds, however only one was in fact. Some things were broken/not working. Property management sought to correct immediately except one thing. Great accommodation for the price.
