“Upon arrival at this spotless VRBO, our host, Kelly, provided us with some delicious goodies and Razorback cups! The house is well appointed with everything we needed. “Extremely clean and very well appointed. Included all the little conveniences (coffee, sugar, dishwasher pods, extra blankets, lots of dishes, outlets and usb ports) that are so annoying when they are missing. The location is excellent: it's a very short drive to U of A, but the area is much quieter (all the residents definitely observed the posted quiet hours at night) and there are TWO dedicated parking spots. The one drawback might be if you are a light sleeper as you can hear a train maybe……

“This is a very clean and cozy cabin. It has all kitchen supplies you will need. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast at the cabin and cooked lunch in the grill ( in 30 degree weather). The beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing and there is a running stream right next to the farmers cabin running to the pond. We hiked the property for a very short time. This cabin is close to Devils Den. We hiked a couple trails there. There is a Dollar General and a gas station about 20 minutes away in……

“We loved this house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bedding was soft and towels were plush. The master bathroom has an amazing shower. There was plenty of room for our family to relax while in town for a swim meet. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and the drive to UofA HPER was about 10 minutes. We loved being able to park in the garage. Would 100% book this property again!”

Let's start with one of the most important rooms - the garage;) The garage has lots of room for bikes! OK, the house is pretty cool, too. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed without being cluttered. Two modern and large bathrooms were a plus as well. The place was very clean. Smith State Park, and Devil’s Den State Park is only about 25 minutes away. Both are beautiful parks and have great hiking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
